Rates

Our rates are competitive and affordable. Because each project is unique, prices vary per project and depend upon the complexity of the subject matter, the language involved, the turnaround time required, and the overall size and type of the project. For example, a technical, medical manual to be translated into French Canadian and then formatted into Framemaker would be priced differently than a business proposal being translated from Spanish into English.

Translation
Translation is billed by the word (includes translation, editing and proofing). There are instances when proofing may be charged by the hour. We have a minimum fee of $100.00. Rush fees apply for same day, next day or weekend requests.

Interpretation
Interpretation is billed at an hourly rate, with a two-hour minimum, plus mileage charges. We have special rates for interpretation by the half-day or full-day, depending on the assignment. Rush fees apply for same day, next day or weekend requests. Cancellation fees apply for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.

Desktop Publishing
Desktop publishing and graphic design are billed at an hourly rate.

Audio/Video Production
Audio/Video and multimedia projects are billed at an hourly rate.
